To allow freedom in the way our Residents wish to be cared for.
To allow our Residents the right to complain to relevant authority.

 

MOTIVATION

To provide an environment that alleviates boredom and encourages our Residents to lead as fulfilling a life as possible.
To encourage individual hobbies, crafts, skills and pastimes.
To provide a variety of entertainment and encourage our Residents participation.
To involve our Staff in understanding our Residents’ needs & requirements and assist in motivating them.
To make arrangements for our Residents to practice their Faith and religious beliefs.
